Description:

This IAM Administrator position is responsible for managing and securing user access to organizational IT resources. Key duties include provisioning and de-provisioning accounts and network access, maintaining security policies, troubleshooting access issues, and working with various teams to ensure compliance and continuity. The role requires hands-on experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Azure AD, and other access management tools, along with a strong focus on security best practices such as least privilege and two-factor authentication.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provision new hire access by creating AD, application, and network accounts.
• Ensure off-boarding processes disable accounts and access promptly.
• Manage network shared drives and mailboxes using Exchange Admin Console.
• Handle access requests through ServiceNow and resolve IAM-related tickets.
• Extend contractor/temporary access while maintaining security compliance.
• Document IAM processes and educate users on best practices.
• Support audit requests and update IAM policies as necessary.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency and collaborate with IT teams for quality service.

Key Technical Skills:

Active Directory (AD), Exchange 2013 Admin Console, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, ServiceNow, VPN troubleshooting, DUO two-factor authentication, SIEM technology, IT Security & Compliance, Ticketing Systems

Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech or graduation in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM system administration.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
• Self-starter able to work independently and in a team.
